This ADU was thoughtfully redesigned to elevate both form and function. The bathroom was fully remodeled with new flooring, designer shower tile, a built-in bench, updated vanity counter, and a custom backsplash.

 

We raised the entire ADU floor to achieve a true curbless shower entry for a streamlined, accessible layout.

 

New windows and French doors flood the space with natural light, while vaulted ceilings with wood beams and a ceiling fan add architectural charm. Warm wood floors, fresh paint, and a modernized kitchen complete this light-filled, livable space.
